Thank you for representing your school and signing up to the Mayor's Lights Out Sleepout. This is a registration form to sleep out overnight at Belmore Oval, Belmore Sports Ground: 6pm Friday 8 August to 8am Saturday 9 August is for students 16-18yr old and their guardian to complete.
