Meet Rex*

When Rex initially came to Mission Australia he was sleeping in his car.

Mental health challenges made it difficult for Rex to maintain long-term relationships, and he found it hard to relate to others in his living arrangements.

When Rex connected with our team at Wattle House, he received food support, clothing, and help covering his car registration. Our team also supported Rex to ensure he was on the priority housing list.

Recently, the service received a card from Rex telling us he had secured accommodation.
